Plantar Fasciitis

Lateral Ankle Sprain

Sever's Disease

Peroneal Tendinopathy
Aching or burning pain along the outer ankle and lower leg that worsens with running, caused by irritation of the tendons running behind the outer ankle bone.
Posterior Tibial Tendinopathy
Aching or sharp pain along the inner ankle and arch that worsens with running and prolonged standing, with serious long-term consequences if ignored.
Morton's Neuroma
A burning, tingling, or sharp pain in the ball of the foot between the toes, often described as feeling like a pebble stuck inside your shoe.
Metatarsalgia
A burning, aching, or sharp pain in the ball of the foot that worsens during running and feels like stepping on a bruise.
Retrocalcaneal Bursitis
Pain, swelling, and tenderness at the very back of the heel where the Achilles tendon meets the heel bone.
Stress Fractures of the Calcaneus
Deep heel pain that progressively worsens with running caused by a hairline crack in the heel bone from repetitive loading.
Tarsal Tunnel Syndrome
Shooting pain along the inner ankle and into the sole of the foot, caused by compression of the posterior tibial nerve as it passes through a narrow canal behind the inner ankle bone.
Ingrown Toenails
Sharp, throbbing pain at the edge of a toenail where it's grown into the surrounding skin.
